"tape" fixes anything (torn clothes, broken dishes, rips and holes of any kind) and "scissors" help to unstick stuff....this puppet needs to be "fixed" according to liz. she doesn't understand that the little birds stay in the nest as part of the puppet, they don't need to be "fixed" with scissors. 
i am glad i stumbled onto this scene or we would have needed a lot of tape to "fix" the birds heads back on. not sure how she got my kitchen scissors in the first place, not cool.
