breakfast
well i cant photograph food well so thats why i havent been posting much, i have been making lots and lots of soups (this is not the exact recipe, i made the one from her book which has a pesto sauce instead of the cheese) and other healthy things lately. seems to be consuming all my spare time. i finally watched all three of the nomi shannon videos on raw "cooking" which really inspired me with my raw breakfasts. the oatmeal (which is really like a thick date shake) made me smile all the way in to work yesterday. i kept saying, this is ACTUALLY good!!! basically its sprouted oat groats (which is just raw oat groats put in a bowl of water the night before to soak), soaked dates (dont forget to take out the pits), almonds or walnuts, almond milk and i added a handful of oatmeal which isnt totally raw. blend it in the vita mix and eat. it comes out super thick and sweet.
we are getting rain so that means more snow! more green and clean air, gotta love it! what i am enjoying now: this series, this game and getting ready to watch this movie with the girls. catch ya later!
