well i am off for a four day vacation with chris, a surprise 40th birthday gift. i have never been, so i am very excited! will miss the girls like crazy but then, its only a long weekend... in paradise! be back soon!

Hey! Happy Birthday! I just got back from a week in Waikiki on Oct 26th. We went to some of the same places. I think the one shopping place you missed was the Aloha Bowl Swap Meet. They have a lot of the souvenirs you see at Hatties, the ABC stores, etc for about 1/3 of the price! I picked up a couple of nice pieces of jewelry there too. We took a cool tour of the Kuloa Ranch and saw where they film "Lost." I'm with you, the North Shore is the best! Did you have some shave ice at Matsumoto's?? Yum!!
