continuing our fight for los cerritos wetlands

there has been a lot of buzz about the local wetlands over the last few months. when i took this on as my personal project, there was not much out there to grab on to, not much hope. seems things are changing as articles appear almost daily in our local newspapers. the city planners are asking for the community to help in deciding what will be "put" on this land and how it will be "developed" in the future. i am hoping to hear "open" and "left alone" and "fresh air" and "restored" at the next community meeting. we'll see.
