Love these houses. Outer Banks BABY!! We'll be like 1.5 miles from the intercoastal waterway and N. Topsail. I know we said Sneads Ferry, but we're really closer to N. Topsail than Sneads Ferry. Love Dune grass and porches... Ahhhh..... Don't you just wanna sit outside in these pics??
